Why Zaffi Is Different from Regular Taffy

Standard taffy is made with sugar and corn syrup. It sticks to teeth, leaves a sugar residue that feeds oral bacteria, and contributes to the acid cycle that weakens enamel. Zaffi uses maltitol syrup and erythritol as its base sweeteners.
